HOTEL & TRAVEL
Hotel rates range from $328-$388 + tax. Hotel reservations are open to exhibitors. Exhibitors who need more than 10 hotel rooms can submit block requests.

Exhibitor Payment Deadline
Exhibitors must remit 100% percent of your total fees within 30 days of receipt of their invoice from ATC Show Management. Full payment must be received on or before this date regardless of your Applications & Contract submission date.
FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2026
EAC Notification Deadline, Certificates of Insurance, Exhibitor Payment & Island Booth Floor Plans Due
Exhibitors who intend to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to set-up/dismantle their booth must fill out a notification form by this date.
Exhibitors are required to maintain and to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the requirements outlined in Section 20 of the Exhibitor Contract Terms & Conditions/Rules & Regulations to ATC Show Management on or before this date. Email your floor plan to [email protected].
Any Exhibitor occupying an Island, Split Island, Peninsula or Modified Peninsula space is required to submit a detailed floor plan, including dimensions, to ATC Show Management for review and approval by this date. Email your floor plan to [email protected].

Freeman will begin receiving freight at the Boston Convention Center at 1:00 PM.

Exhibitor Move-In Ends & Exhibit Hall Opening
Exhibitor move-in ends at 2:00 PM. The exhibit hall opens at 5:30 PM.
TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026
Exhibit Hall Closing & Exhibitor Move-Out Starts
The exhibit hall closes at 3:30 PM & exhibitor move-out starts.
WEDNESAY, JUNE 24, 2026
Exhibitor Move-Out Ends
All carriers must be checked in to pick up freight by 10:00 AM. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the show floor by 12:00 PM.
