HOTEL & TRAVEL
Hotel reservations will open to exhibitors January 2027. Rates will be $315+ per night plus state and local taxes. Exhibitors who need more than 10 hotel rooms can submit block requests.

2027 IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES
Tuesday, May 5 – Advanced Freight Receiving Starts
First date and time Freeman will begin receiving freight at the warehouse. Note, the warehouse opens at 8:00 AM.
Thursday, May 6 – Freeman Discount Price Deadline
This deadline date is your last chance to take advantage of Freeman pricing discounts.
Wednesday, May 12 – SCC Electrical – Incentive Pricing Deadline

Last date freight can arrive at the warehouse without late penalties. Note, the warehouse closes at 2:30 PM.
Thursday, June 3 – Exhibitor Move-In & Show-site Freight Receiving Starts
Freeman will begin receiving freight at the convention center at 8:00 AM.
Saturday, June 5 – Exhibitor Move-In Ends & Exhibit Hall Opening
Exhibitor move-in ends at 2:00 PM. The exhibit hall opens at 5:30 PM.
Tuesday, June 8 – Exhibit Hall Closing & Exhibitor Move-Out Starts
The exhibit hall closes at 3:30 PM and exhibitor move-out starts.
Wednesday, June 9 – Exhibitor Move-Out Ends
All carriers must be checked in to pick up freight by 10:00 AM. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the show floor by 12:00 PM.
