  • First Aid Location: If you are in need of first aid, please visit the North Lobby security desk. In case of emergency, dial 617-954-2222 connecting you to the MCEC Command Center.

  • Show Management Office Location: Room 260

  • 2027 Sales Office Location: Located in the back left corner inside Exhibit Hall A

  • Parking Information & Location: Parking can be found in the South parking lot. No 24-hour or overnight parking is permitted at MCEC.

The Market on Summer is a frictionless retail market open 24 hours a day, offering a variety of cold beverages and snacks. In addition to these items, the Market on Summer will feature grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, and assorted breakfast selections available Sunday through Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

              Badges & Entry: A valid badge is required for all sessions, the Exhibit Hall, Symposia, and receptions.

               

              ⭐ Sponsored Exhibit Hall Meeting Room Access Hours:

              Sponsored exhibitors who have purchased a sponsored Exhibit Hall meeting room may bring attendees into their meeting room up to 2 hours before the Exhibit Hall opens and up to 2 hours after it closes. Attendees MUST always be accompanied by the SPONSORED exhibitor to access the meeting room.

                  What to Pack: Business casual attire is recommended. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so we suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket.

                   

                  Airport Transportation: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is approximately 3.7 miles from Thomas M. Menino Convention Center (about a 12-minute drive). Taxis and rideshare services (UBER & Lyft) are readily available.

                   

                  Child Policy – Required Agreement

                  By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following child policy rules. These rules are in place to ensure safety, liability compliance, and a professional environment during all phases of the event.

                   

                  Policy Details

                  • No Children Under 18 During Move-In or Move-Out

                    • Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall during move-in or move-out periods.

                    • No exceptions will be made for safety reasons, as these times involve heavy equipment, forklifts, and other hazards.

                  • No Strollers in the Exhibit Hall

                    • Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibit hall at any time to prevent congestion and reduce trip hazards.

                  • Children Allowed During Event Hours

                    • Children are permitted in the exhibit hall during official event hours, provided they are accompanied by an adult who has an official event badge.

                  • Badge Requirement for Children

                    • Children under the age of 18 do not need a badge to access the exhibit hall when accompanied by a badge-holding adult.

                  Conventions C.A.R.E. – Donation Opportunity Post-Event

                  Step 1 -  For smaller items place donations in the blue bins at the “Donation Locations” throughout the exhibit hall. “Donation Locations” can be found on the map located at the MCCA exhibitor services desk in the front right corner of Aisle 800. “Donation Locations” can be found on the map located at the MCCA exhibitor services desk.

                   

                  Step 2 - For larger donations visit the MCCA Exhibitor Services desk to get Conventions C.A.R.E. stickers. Place stickers on any large item you would like to donate. Leave the item in your booth and a representative will pick it up.

                   

                  Step 3 - Feel good knowing your donations have impacted local non-profits and the work they do!
