Payment Reminder
Exhibitors must pay their full balance within 30 days of receiving an invoice regardless of when the application was submitted. Booth space or sponsorships may be reassigned if payment is not received by the deadline. PLEASE NOTE IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY TUESDAY MAY 26, 2026, EXHIBITORS/SPONSORS WILL NOT GAIN ACCESS TO THE EXHIBIT HALL.

Booth Diagram Submission Deadline
If you haven’t done so already, Exhibitors with 400 square feet or more must provide a booth diagram/rending to ATC. Please submit your drawings to exhibits@atcmeeting.org as soon as possible in order to gain access to the exhibit hall.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)
If you are utilizing an additional contractor onsite, please submit your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form as soon as possible. This can be located within the Exhibitor Service Manual. If you have not registered your EAC, they will not be able to service your booth inside the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibitor Badges
Based on booth size, exhibiting companies will receive complimentary exhibitor badges (2 badges per 100 sq. ft.). Please NOTE: badges include access to all sessions. Your primary contact has been sent an email with your company's complimentary registration code and the number of complimentary badges allotted to your company. Can’t find the email? Reach out to Exhibits@atcmeeting.org and we will be happy to resend it!
