Booth Diagram Submission Deadline
Exhibitors with 400 square feet or more must provide a booth diagram/rending to ATC. Please submit your drawings to exhibits@atcmeeting.org no later than April 21, 2026.
Payment Reminder for Exhibitors
Exhibitors must pay their full balance within 30 days of receiving an invoice and no later than May 1, 2026, regardless of when the application was submitted. Booth space or Sponsorships may be reassigned if payment is not received by the deadline.

Exhibitor Registration (Badges) & Housing
Exhibitors should have received an email with instructions for registering booth staff badges and housing information. If you didn’t receive it, please check your SPAM folder. If you still can’t find it, email exhibits@atcmeeting.org to have it resent
